I am not proud to admit that I can't get through the day without drinking Coca Cola. This is a habit I've been trying to break for a long time as I think the sugar is leading to bad spot breakouts on my face, an issue I was lucky enough to never face through childhood, that has now come back to bit me in the butt.
I'm going to start off by moving from 3/4 cans a day to 1 as my willpower doesn't extend to 0 just yet but I'm hoping once I get my intake levels down, I'll find myself less reliant on sugar and caffeine. I also use it as a stop gap to keep me full between meals but I'd be healthier having a banana so fingers crossed this small step pays off.
Any tips on giving up something you crave? Have you gone through it yourself?
